    Thanks Flynn. Still too early to say. I've only been off it about a week. I have a deadlift only meet in 2 weeks then after that we'll see how geared training goes.

    So lets see what the workout looked like today, Im about to go hit it in 2hrs or so.


    Not sure u saw my other post, cause its on the previous page, but I do think 5/3/1 would be good for me. Until I hop into gear, I dont see any other routine giving me better results. I'd still really like to lift with you guys whenever possible.

    Im gonna give those wide-grip pushdowns a shot tonight, see how they workout.

    Gonna do some light benching with 225-275 to help practice form.

    Startin 5-3-1 on Monday, im already thinkin about killin that last set.

    Sebasitan's are like front raises but harder. Take the bar off the rack. Hold it so the bar is on your belly button. Swing the bar up till it's even with your eyes. Then let it fall but only back to your belly button, no lower. I used to have a video of them up on YouTube but I think i took it down awhile ago. I'll have to see if I can get you video. These things will DESTROY your shoulders so if you do these you won't need to do a whole lot more front delt. Just hit rears and you're done.

    Today I'm about 372. I am monitoring it. Since I'm only deadlifting at this meet I have to watch where the weight is at so I don't get stuck trying to get down. Pre-bloat I was hovering in the lower 360's.
