Hello all, and thanks for dropping by. I'm married with two boys and work full time so I fit my training in around my life. I've been physically active all my life (sports in high school, 10 years in the US military, 13 years in the martial arts) and have competed in strength sports in the past. Nowadays I'm more into kettlebells and kettlebell sport, as well as staying fit for hunting, ruck marches, and mud runs. I typically manage to fit in 4-5 workouts a week. Three times a week I do some kettlebell training, once a week I do some boxing-style training, and every other week I ruck march. On the weeks I don't ruck march I typically hit up the range to shoot my guns. Most days I'm also fitting in some archery practice at my house. I don't always get to fit everything in but I keep trying and that's what matters. Thanks for dropping by and reading.
