I am currently doing the WBB 1.1 routine. I was wondering how much cardio I should do? Should I do it every day, just on workout days, or just the off days? Any input is appreciated.

Depends on why you want to do the cardio? Weight loss? Conditioning? General health? Also, it depends on how much you've done in the past?
If you are just starting out, I'd recomend an easy 20 minute walk in the mornings to start out with. Doing too much too soon can have bad effects on your workouts.
My main goal is basically to just improve my overall health. Also, I am concidering getting involved in MMA once I get into better shape. I guess I am looking to burn fat and gain endurance.

Goal is to cut more of the fat while continuing to grow. Leg growth is not so important to me, but I understand lower body muscles are like 65% of all your muscles, and if your trying to grow your way out of to much fat, you must work them.

What if your goals are to keep off as much fat as possible (assuming you have your diet in check), but at the same time keep gaining muscle and size?
short term goal: 200
Long term goal: Lean 225
