Saw this mentioned by Risk10K in Dan C's journal last month. Can someone explain how to set up and perform GHR's this way. There is'nt a GHR bench where I go. I have read how good this exercise is for the posterior chain.
Like what junior is doing here, but less the bands and the bench in front.
I used to lower myself best I could and catch my self at the bottom, then give a light push up at the bottom to get back up. I can film it tomorrow if you still don't follow.
