Looked clean. Great job Vin. Over 600 raw is and always will be a lift that gets alot of respect.
Nice work on the lift!!! And lots of respect for everybody. You sound like an example on and off the platform!
Thanks everyone, it was a great day and a great way to end my summer. OK, the diet started today. I also went walking outside in the heat and humidity. It usually takes me about a week to work up to the length of walk I did today after competing in the superfatties. I am very motivated to get rid of my overweight low back burn.
amazing benching Vin,,love to watch you lift,,cant wait to see the leaner vinnie,,GOD BLESS
But if I say, "I will not mention him or speak any more in his name," his word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot.

Awesome job! Took your advice too and started doing my overhead press work before my speed bench instead of on a seperate day and its working great.
Great bench Vincent. Over 600lbs raw over 40 is extreme.
Very impressive although, I guess your butt doesn't have to be on the bench in the IPA. Il have to check the rule book.
