The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

He did great, the lifts were legit, saw them all with my own 2 eyes. Who cares what the internet judges say.

Exactly.I have come to realize that most of these internet judges don't even compete for the most part and their gym lifts probably wouldn't total Frankl's squat. One certain fellow who likens himself to the big Japanese monster really needs to stfu over on a certain pl'ing site.

Amazing, Frankly is light-years ahead of the competition. Big Iron has been producing some incredible results lately, they have an amazing stable of lifters.

His bench and deadlifts were amazing, but I still dont agree with the squat ....sure I wasnt there and didnt have the side judges view, but I dont need it to see these squats were high, very high.

Whatever is said about his squats, it's one of the most impressive performances ever. Even if you take 200 pounds off that squat and he gets a few inches deeper, he still totals 2430 at 198. It was amazing to witness. He isn't human.
