The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I drink on Saturdays to party with friends... I don't drink because "i'm stressed" if i'm stressed I'll go play video games, watch a movie, or run.

Drinking when stressed is stupid. Or if I go for a nice dinner I'll drink a few beers.

Certain types of alcoholic drinks in moderation can actually be good for you. No reason to knock people for crackin' a cold one and throwing their feet up to unwind...

We do, we workout, have you paid attention that this is a Weight Training Forum???...lol

That reminded me of this girl I used to know who was super annoying at parties in college. She used to act all high and mighty and be like "I dont need to drink to have fun" Ah duh, everyone can you are not special. I mean you can start a fire with flint stones and sticks, but we have invented the lighter to make that process easier

I feel like a vast majority of people like to avoid drinking because they like to tell people they don't drink.

    Don't drink?
I don't care. Just don't tell me everytime I offer you a beer, a simple "No thanks," will suffice.

Bud Select. Low carb and low cal. Not as watery as the other light and low carb beers. I have two most nights and three on weekends. Bodyfat remains constant at 10%. (I do eat clean, except for one hogfest one night a week.)
