I pulled 505 today which is my first time pulling over 500. I also filmed it from the front this time so hopefully you get a better look at my pulling. It's on a 1.5'' mat because the floor is ****ed up underneath so it stopped the bar from rolling away. My weakness is my lockout, so i'm not worried about it.
I really tried to keep my upper back tight and squeeze it off the floor (as was suggested last time) and it seemed to make a big difference. Is there anything else you guys can suggest that will help me out?
BTW, this was a 30lb PR
Thanks in advance
Looks like you had more in you. Nice pull!!!
That's a nice, efficient pull. No wasted effort at all. You'll get a lot out of your technique for a long time.
I'm doing something(s) wrong. My deads are on par with my squats. My feet are much closer than yours and I feel like I am starting from a much lower position hip-wise. Are you doing what is considered a SLDL?

Thanks guys. My last video I missed 495 I think, and was told to keep my shoulders tight, and squeeze it off the floor. Seems to have helped alot.
Dude you ****in killed that haha. Nice one
I'm weak now, but not for long
Smokeshow! I watched it a few times to look for things to improve, but it was damn solid.

That was good. You kept your butt down, then brought your hips forward.
