Hit my first 500 last night in the gym. This is a big deal for me as it's THE goal I had when I first walked into Southside to bench almost 3 years ago.
Thanks to Karsten for giving me great handoffs and setting my shirt. Thanks to Vincent and Rhodes for teaching me how to bench and sticking with me all this time, and for being generally awesome. And thanks to Josh and Brian (and the whole crew) for being great training partners.
