    Set some new prs at IPA CT states 600sq. 400b. 575dl. all done raw have much more left in me and also got to watch Dizenzo huge bench was great meet.

    Thanks guys this is my first week back to training lifted at Celli's fitness in Pittsburg Ryan and wife Dana run an awesome gym all of the members are really good guys to if any on is in that area do yourself a favor and lift there.
