Impressive numbers for a 15yr old. Looks like you are off to a good start.

If I could give any tip, it would be for you to be consistent with your training.

    Shocked!!!

    hey guys,

Woke up this morning to the biggest shocker i have had in weightlifting/bodybuilding in a while. i am extremely sore from over workin my first workout. Went into bathroom today looked in mirror and saw six pack for the first time in 4 months. almost fainted.... i look the best i have since i was bodybuilding with my step brother. idk how it happened but this had motivated me to work even harder to get to where i wanna be. Please if you have any tips for me to get better please post them for me.

Now, here's the trick.... I would recommend that you stick to no more than 3x/ week. Don't fall into the trap of "more is better" in terms of workouts per week. Stick to 3 and give it Hell on those days. Rest - recuperate (Eat well) in between. Then watch the progress with a smile.

    Cheers.
