    Back, bis and quads. First pics! Rate em'

    Gday guys. Just a couple of small pics to see how my back bis and quads are rated. Been training for about 2 years total, eat alot and train heavy! Quads are even, the light makes them look uneven. No chest shots yet as I was my own camera man. And I'm 22, about 18% bf. Plan on competing late next year. I'll admit my weak point is traps and calves, but I'm working on them!

    Looking thick bro! Back and Biceps esp! Quads are really coming on too! Keep our training up and pack on more pounds haha! Looking forward to getting lean after that!

    Haha yeah mate that hoody is about 6 years old! It's old, dirty, warm as hell and my favourite :-)

    I've got some old pics floating around some where, I'll see what I can find. Was about 112kg, 24% body fat when returning to the gym a year ago.

    Yeah thats what the scales told me.... and 2 skin fold tests.

    Why's that mate? I hold most my fat on my belly and hips. I was pretty over weight before I started weight training.

    I thought i was 18-20 but im a lot fatter than you so i was hoping you were wrong and was actually a lot lower.

    Your probably not to far off if you can see the outline of your abs :P

    I can see my obliques and serratus muscles off my lats but thats about it in the abdominal region. In saying that I don't do cardio! Not til I wanna cut anyway

    Bodyweight : 195 - Height: 5' 9

    Current lifts:
    DL - 490 x 1 - 462 x 4 ... Nearly 500 so close
    BS - 374 x 1 - 330 x 5
    BP - 302 x 1 - 258 x 5, 225 x 10
    BR - 231 x 1 - 209 x 5
    PP - 220 x 1 - 198 x 4
