Just a little bit of background info.
I started working out on 9/3/07 weighing in at 144 lbs.
This is on 9/3/07.
I've been on somewhat of a bulk since and I now weigh 163.My goal is to hit 180 by July-August.
I will post some pictures later of how I currently look and update from time to time.
I also just ordered the maximum mass stack with RESULTS and will use it as soon as I get it.
