    Road to 180

    Just a little bit of background info.
    I started working out on 9/3/07 weighing in at 144 lbs.
    This is on 9/3/07.


    I've been on somewhat of a bulk since and I now weigh 163.My goal is to hit 180 by July-August.

    I will post some pictures later of how I currently look and update from time to time.
    I also just ordered the maximum mass stack with RESULTS and will use it as soon as I get it.

    Awesome transformation for such a sort amount of time. Stay consistent with it and you'll be at 180 easy.

    awesome progress for 6 months. 180 by june shouldnt be to hard.

    I've been on somewhat of a dirty bulk. Some days I pack in 4000 cals others 2000..I do however keep away from 1.trns fats 2.refined sugar Also... lots of MILK!! 3 cups before bed every night and couple more during the day.

    Amazing progress, well done!

    I weigh roughly what you were when you started. I would be extremely happy to get to 160-165lbs, eventually.

    great results man... your pretty much ripped and your bulking!!!! I would say keep bulking for a long, long time.. you dont have any fat to cut away!! haha.. 200 should be yours before long.. good luck

    225lb @ 17% bodyfat, currently cutting

    10-12%, I'd guess. I'm going by what other's with approx. that BF% look like.

    That's a pretty amazing bulk, if you can keep that up you'll never need to cut.

    i stepped on the scale after a meal on and i weighed 173 .. Even though thats not my actual weight I was happy to see over 170 for the first time ever on the scale

    Wow, we have a VERY similar frame, well, at 144 lbs that is. I am roughly the same weight as you, but don't like as good and I have been at it for a year. Good job man.

    We are about the same height (I'm 1" taller) and I only hope I can look that good when I get to 165. Nice!
