    pretty awesome. i will try it tomorrow. but i think ill get better gains if i use dumbbells in the squat rack along with these other fantastic recommendations.

    600(520x3 2xBW) Dead Lift
    500(495x1) ATG Squat
    Total: 1500(1350)
    365 Front Squat
    consistency and intensity.

    Lol, this was a great read.

    But I was being serious about everyone in gym reading this, I also think they think it's serious...That'd explain a lot.

    wats embarassing is that my HS football coach had us do these and switch every 25 seconds until Alice in chains "rooster" was over.
