So I want to join the wieght lifting team this spring, but Im not sure what I need to do to get ready, what do I need to work on that Wieght Lifting teams want in highschool?
Cause I have no ideas , I am not that good of a wieght lifter here are some stats if it helps:
Bicep curls I can do 35-40
Machine bench press I can do 180-200
With dumb-bells I can 40-50 bench presses
Again, sorry if I sound stupid Im not good with this wieght lifting stuff so Im what you would call a noob.
