Do you know what exercises are used for competition?

I believe some highschool teams do clean & jerk, bench press, and either squat or deadlift.

Having that information would be necessary to determine where to start.

Simple answer, go ask the coach your question? From that, we could offer plenty of advice here.

    Supplements I currently take: Nitrean , BCAA , Creatine 500 , Multi-Plus , Fish Oil

Start by learning how to squat, bench, and deadlift with the barbell.

Is it a powerlifting team or an olympic lifting team? You should really talk to the coach.
