    Had a pretty solid upper session today. All went well. I just felt really tired through most of the session. My shoulder was a bit sore from pulling yesterday, I probably needed to rest a day in between, however I've got overtime the rest of the week and had to squeeze this session in.

    Thanks man, strength feels like it's at least maintaining, slightly on the rise. As long as 600 gets pulled in December, and 300 gets benched, I'll be a happy camper.

    Had a good little upper workout tonight. Everything felt relatively light and easy flowing.

    Hammer Strength Pulldowns
    3pps+15lbs x 10 x 5 sets
    3pps x 10 dropped to 2pps x 20 reps

    Standing ISO lateral rows
    250lbs x 10 x 5 sets

    Dumbbell 1arm rows
    100lbs x 15 x 3 sets per arm crazy wild tough

    Pinwheel curls
    45's x 6/arm
    35's x 6/arm
    30's x 6 arm
    25's x 6/arm
    No rest between sets

    I got banned /facepalm my own fault for being an ass, and I just never put it back. I'll add it back though. The Kenny Powers website says season 3 airs Jan 2012. Not much longer to wait. This is another push pull meet, so only bench and deadlift. I wish my squat was higher, it was 455 a few months ago, I feel it's probably higher now, but how much higher, I don't know. Next year I'm planning on a full power meet in the 275 weight class.

    Not been doing too well lately. Knee is jacked, MCL strained pretty bad, I'll post a little later with more details. I won't be doing the meet in December now since the knee is too jacked to mess with, I don't wanna kill it altogether. My training has started for conditioning and weight loss, and will be that way at least through the end months of next year. It's time to start getting serious about weight loss and get out of the 300's for good.

    Gutted to hear about the knee man. Play it safe an get the rehab on it. Goodluck getting out of the 300s, stay dedicated and you will get there before u know it

    Thanks man, been rehabing it up, feeling better, but I know the moment I went back to 100% lifting it'd end up getting strained for the 3rd time. I just finally had to bite the bullet and put things in to perspective.

    Not unless I keep screwing it up. The first time I injured it, it's guessed it was a stage 1 strain, this time it was a stage 2 strain, so it's getting progressively worse each time, obviously. Luckily no tearing, just a nasty strain. This time it hurt like hell walking and bending it, as where last time it was only the occassional pain when moving a certain way. I knew this time was likely worse, and it was.

    Last night had a good workout, felt really good after midway point. Up until then I was struggling to get going. Then after the deadlifts something exploded and I just went in to beast mode.

    Deadlifts
    135 x 10
    225 x 10
    315 x 5
    365 x 1 x 15 sets with 30 seconds between reps.

    Pause Squats
    245 x 5 x 3 sets 45 seconds between sets.

    Front Squats
    135 x 5 x 3 sets 30 seconds between sets

    Barbell Complex
    Done with 95lbs on the bar
    SLDL, Rows, Push Press, Kettlebell Swings. 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps, 30 seconds rest between sets. After the last set, I was on the ground huffing and puffing. Was killer. The entire workout had a new feeling, everything quick paced, just kept flying through.

    Thursdays workout I failed to log.
    Everything was done in complex/superset style, very little rest.
    Bench + Reverse Fly's + Hanging Leg Raises
    185 x 10, 25's x 10, BW x 10-all done for 3 sets, 30 seconds rest between sets.
    1 minute water break
    DB Overhead Press, 1 arm at a time, keeping other arm locked out at the top + Seated Rows + Planks
    40's x 10/arm + 120lbs x 10 + 30 second planks 3 sets 45 seconds rest between sets
    1 minute water break
    Bicep Curls + Seated Dips(Machine) + Side Bends
    30's x 10 + 160 x 15 + 30's x 10/side 3 sets 45 seconds rest between sets
    1 minute water break
    15lb sledgehammer on tire + Front/Lateral Raises + Side Bends
    Sledgehammer 10 times each side + 15lb front/lateral raises x 10 + 10 side bends with barbell overhead
    3 sets 1 minute rest between sets
    2 mins water break
    DB Fly's + Tate Presses
    35's x 15 + 35's x 15 3 sets 30 seconds rest between sets
    Little longer rest here, was talking crap with Brian Dobson about Dr. Nehermeyer (spelling may be wrong, but he's got some great videos on youtube, and he puts on some awesome bodybuilding shows with power presence and poetry...wtf?) <<sarcasm, it has it
