    Starting a slightly different approach to the diet now. Will be carb cycling 12 days, eating clean carbs 2 days, and cycling that for a while to see results. Looking forward to it though, I had great success on my last carb cycle, even while eating crappy sugary carbs, so we should see some progress in the upcoming weeks.

    Had a nice workout tonight, felt really good.

    Close Grip BP
    Bar x some
    135 x 5
    185 x 5 x 5sets

    Seated OHP
    100 x 5
    115 x 5
    95 x 4 x 6sets 1 min rest in between sets

    I's, Y's, T's
    15lb dumbbell x 10 x 3 sets

    Standing Barbell Curls
    65 x 12 x 5 sets

    Dicks Press
    110 x 8 x 5 sets

    Tate Press
    35 x 10 x 3 sets

    Incline Bench Rows with 35lb dumbbells (laying on incline bench face to the bench at a slight incline, rowing)
    35's x 10 x 3 These hit my back like nothing else.

    Planks
    1 minute plank 1 minute rest x 3

    Workout felt really really good.

    Tonights workout was brutally phantastically amazingly wonderfully awesome. I actually felt 10 times better today without the DMAA's, nothing but ECA stack and bcaa intraworkout, felt great!!!!!!

    Deadlift Pandemonium!!!!!

    135 x 5, slow a stretched
    225 x 4, a lil quicker
    295 x 4, solid, blew up
    375 x 3, felt dang good
    410 x 3 x 2 sets I was a bit nervous about repping this, but man it felt good too.

    365 x 4 x 6 sets Fast, 1 minute rest in between sets. I was huffing and puffing by the 4th set, 5th and 6th got me panting bad.

    Block Pulls (Conventional)
    385 x 1
    405 x 1
    465 x 1
    505 x 1
    545 x 1

    Barbell Shrugs
    185 x 20 x 5

    Bent Over Rows
    200 x 5 x 5

    Lat Pull Downs with Monster Minis
    20 reps, 30 reps

    Got some videos to upload, my back was totally smoked after this, felt amazing!!!

    It's a bug and I've got it, got it bad. I have a goal, and want to succeed in August and get some PR's under my belt on the platform, it's made a huge difference in my training. Love it.

    Woke up sore as hell, even my hands are sore to close, muscle sore not just sore on my calluses. It's all good, it's all worth it, today I stepped on the scale, 357.4, that's a new low right there, and only been on this diet a day. My carb up days are amazingly clean too, very strict until the meet. And....its easy to prepare. Chicken, Broccoli, steak, salmon, protein and almonds. Love it.

    You are built for Sumo.........keep doing the conventional also to build your back.

    Those lifts from floor looked good but your levers are a bit like mine so your legs get in the way.

    Block pulls were spot on IMO.

    Really liking where your going with your training!!

    Yeah I definitely want to get in to sumo more, it feels real good. Just want to pull conventional 545+ at the meet then switch over and really focus on sumo. Thanks a lot man.
