I wouldn't worry about it, these days happen. You still got some really good work in and that's all that matters.

The pulling/complex looked real good even if you weren't amped for the session.

Thanks Coke, last time I did complexes at the end of a set I only did one, last night I wanted to get in at least 2, and did with really little rest.

The pulls felt really good, only did 5 sets this week instead of the usual 8, I think that my coach is setting me up for another deload week on deads.

I wasn't even going to pull today I felt like crap, but after cleaning up the bedroom and all, I figured I might as well get my ass out there and do some work. I was seriously working out to Josh Groban, Five for Fighting, Dave Matthews, that type of music...really non motivational.

Yeah, it felt good and I of course felt great after getting it done with.

Good job with the complexes. That session looks really good, even if you felt it wasnt up to your standards.

Thanks Luna, just didn't feel my usual intensity in there that night.

AM Weight: 340.6 I had planned on waiting on the refeed until tomorrow, but I'm feeling like crap today. Got a little light headed after getting out of the bath and decided tonight will be a decently clean meal. Going to do some low carb tortillas, chicken and cheese, and making some quesadilas. Also probably going to do some whole wheat nachos with reduced fat velveeta and rotel.

Lost 33.4lbs since the beginning of this cycle last month, figured that's not too bad. Altogether I've lost 123.4lbs since 2007. There have been some ups and downs, but I'm stronger than I've ever been and enjoying it.

    Tomorrow
    Breakfast-chik fil a chicken biscuit
Lunch-Chipotle Don't know what I'll be having there yet, maybe a burrito, maybe just a bowl.
Dinner-Whole wheat pasta, garlic bread and a salad.

Holy shit, that's awesome. I had no idea you'd broken the 100lb mark.

the problem with chipotle in florida is that we have actual mexicans working here and they rarely speak english. you tell them, "no rice and quadruple meat" they just look at you and point to the guacamole. its a pointless endeavor.

anyways -- 33lbs in about 60 days month? that is excellent!

Had no clue you were down 100 pounds already Mark, very awesome stuff! I got close to the 100 pounds lost mark, only made it to 95 haha. Admiring the dedication sir, the 200's are right around the corner at this rate!

Ha ha you are right.........there is no lift that matches a deadlift.........you can talk shit about sumo pulls not being as good as conventional but holding 900 is holding 900..........squats in gear are way easier to hit PRs.

Thanks again everyone for stopping in and posting, rocks having all of ya'll here.

Todays session...it's been 7 hours and I'm still stoked about it.

    Bench
    Bar x 10
    Bar x 6
    135 x 6
    185 x 4
    225 x 2
    245 x 2 SMOKED
255 x 2 SMOKED PR Weight and Reps baby! Last week I didn't get 250 x 2, this week I nailed 255 x 2 and had more in the tank.
225 x 3 x 5 sets Each one a little tougher of course, got all 5 sets no spotter assistance other than yelling.

Half reps with explosive ending (kind of like sex?) Held bar at chest, did 4 half reps then exploded to lockout on 5th.
    185 x 2 sets (4 half reps 1 full) x 2 sets

    Mini Bands
    135 + minis x 1
    185 + minis x 1
    205 + minis x 1
    225 + minis x 1 -PR on mini bands

    Front Raises
    40's x 5
    50's x 5
    60's x 5 -a little swing allowed

Triceps Work (1 rep = 1 dumbbell press, 1 triceps extension by ears, 1 triceps extension over head)
    25's x 10 x 3 sets

    Reverse Flys
    25's x 12 x 3

All around great workout today, felt amazing. Came home, got Chipotle, got a slingshot to mess with, mowed and weed eated the yard with awesome help from wife, and then played in the water with the family. Great day.
