I started around 6, was finished up around 7:45 or so. Heavy weight has been a lot of fun on the bench, but unfortunately, heavy weight for me is 265lbs, haha.

That's just a ton of work with great returns as well. How you found the energy to get a 15 inning thriller in I'll never know

Workout today was good, not great, but just good.

    Bench
    Warm ups

    185 x 3
    225 x 3
    245 x 2
    260 x 1 x 2 sets

    Nose Crushers
    Bar x 12
    65 x 12
    85 x 12
    95 x 12 x 2 sets

    Dead Bench
    135 x 1
    185 x 1
205 x 1 x 8 sets 45 seconds between sets. Gonna start working these in for explosive work.

    Front Raises
    45's x 5/arm
    55's x 5/arm
    65's x 5/arm

    Scapular Retraction
    145 x 15 x 4 sets

There was a chiropractor there today doing free adjustments. He popped my back like 5 times, popped my lower back and hips, and popped my neck like 8 times, it was amazingly wonderful.

Weight before bed:339.8. Not counting it unless I'm still 330's tomorrow morning, hopefully! I just drank a glass of water, so we'll see.

Are those pause presses or from pins or something? If they are what I'm thinking they are effective imo.

They felt good, was hoping for doubles, but knew that after the first rep it wasn't moving again.

Yeah off of pins from bottom up. They felt good, just something different. Gonna work those in for a while along with triceps work, I've lacked tri's work here recently, gotta kick it back up.

    AM Weight: 338.4

Next week will be lower weight higher reps, then the next week will be 270 for a single, putting me 30lbs away from 300lb bench. Hope all goes well, I know if I follow my training I'll get it.

Just got my workouts for the week, doing low weight high rep stuff. just gonna take it is more of a deload type week on the big 3 and we're keeping the accessory work the same. Tuesday night I plan on getting in a ton of conditioning with a buddy of mine, same guy I was with a few weeks ago, should be a lot of tire flips, sledgehammer stuff, pulling/pushing heavy things, maybe some boxing mixed in as well, should be fun and hopefully help the weight keep fallin. Looking forward to it.

Had a decent workout tonight, hadn't been feeling well, headache was coming on before workout, started pounding after the first 2 sets of squats, drank some water, rested a few minutes, finished up the rest of the workout alright. Glad I did though.

    Squats
    135 x 10
    225 x 6
255 x 10 x 2 sets Have I ever mentioned that I HATE HATE HATE high rep squats? Anything over 4 reps sucks ass.

    Pause Squats
    225 x 5
    Box Squats
    225 x 5

    Clam Shells
    Mini bands x 12 x 4 sets

    Leg Extensions
    75lbs x 8 x 2 sets
    100lbs x 8 x 2 sets

    Leg Curls
    100lbs x 8 x 2 sets
    75lbs x 8 x 2 sets

All done in about 35 minutes. Sucked, but felt good at the same time, just wanted to get the work done.
