The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Thanks a lot guys. I plan on trying to get some cardio in tonight on my lunch break, I have overtime until 6am then don't come back to work until the 17th. Going to the art museum, aquarium, zoo, studio movie grill, and hopefully getting in tons of conditioning this week. Carb up this week too, and it's not likely going to be a clean carb up, haha.

Low weight 336.2. I didn't sleep well and could have gone lower, but I was getting to feeling pretty bad, decided to cut it at 4lbs lost, which is good. 4lbs in 2 weeks is a steady loss, and that's what I've been hitting here each cycle, feels good.

Carb up is loose this week, however extra conditioning will take place this week since there isn't any work.

Wednesday-Panda Express, Cheeseburger, some ice cream.
    Thursday-Chipotle, thin crust pizza

That's basically it, crap food, carbs, haha.

Got in a good bench workout, but overall feel like shit.

    Bench
    215 x 6 x 2 sets
    225 x 4 x 2 sets

    Dead Bench
    235 x 4
    205 x 3

    JM Presses
    135 x 10,8,6,4

    IYT's
    15's x 10 x 3 sets

Was a quick workout, took about 45 minutes or so. I feel completely bloated and like crap though. I'm really thinking a 13 day keto run with a 1 meal refeed may be in order next cycle. Of course this refeed was junk, on vacation with the wife, so diet was loose. Weight will most definitely be up with all the carbs and water weight, BUT..in the past it has fallen off quite quickly when I eat junk, so all in all I guess we'll just see how it totals out.

Indeed personally i think that sessions are better when they are to the point.
