Did some great upper work today, man it was awesome. Tri's were pumped, felt and looked great.

    CGBP
    Bar x 20
    135 x 10
    215 x 5 x 5

    DB Military Press
    40's x 10 x 8 Oh yeah!
    60's x 10 x 3

    Lateral Raises
    25's x 12 x 3

Reverse Flys Superset with Scapular Retractions
    20's x 15 x 3 SS 100lbs x 15 x 3

    French Press
    60 x 14 x 4

    Triceps Rope Pushdowns
30lbs x 50 Holy crap was burning like a mother here, held at the bottom on 35th rep, then went on.
    30lbs x 40
    30lbs x 30
    30lbs x 20

    Tate Presses
    35's x 10 x 3

    DB Kickbacks
    45's x 8 x 3/arm

Everything felt amazing, nothing felt heavy, 215 felt great on CGBP, DB pressing felt great, wanted to go heavier but knew I had a long way to go in the workout. My legs are absolutely killing right now. All pressing was done with basically no leg drive. Already taken my ETS, ready to get to bed and wake up feeling great. Depending on how I feel, I may do a complex or cardio tomorrow, or just take the day off.

ETS Always significantly reduces my DOMS after taking it and sleeping. I always wake up feeling great, as long as I take it long enough before going to bed so it gets in my system and works, and as long as I get at least 6 hours of sleep. Only complaint I have is my own fault, taking it and not getting enough sleep, leaves me groggy.

Thanks Brian. ETS has been a life saver, I don't take it all the time, but it bails me out when I need it the most.

That's huge for me, hate taking a product that doesn't work, or doesn't do anything at all for me. I understand some things just aren't going to work for some folks, but you can usually tell the bogus supps. I wish I could use At Large more often, aside from BCAA's and ETS, their protein is great, just too many carbs for me right now.

Thanks a lot bro, workouts have been going strong, just gotta get the dang ol diet back in check. It's been really hard to get back on the horse and eat right and nothing but right. I've been eating right, then adding in cheese, pork skins, etc. I've got a plan laid out, allowing me a little breathing room until next Thursday, by then I've got to have everything locked in to get within 3lbs of my goal weight for December.

Did some work in the gym after getting off work, actually did some ab work and some biceps work, feels weird.

    HS Pull Downs
    2PPS x 15 x 5
    3PPS x 8 x 3

    HS ISO Rows
    2PPS x 12 x 5
    3PPS x 10 x 3

    Assisted Chins
    5 x 3

    Assisted Dips
    5 x 3

    One Arm DB Rows
    80lbs x 12 x 3

    Barbell Bicep Curls
    70lbs x 15 x 5

    Hammer Curls
    35's x 8 x 4
    25's x 10

    Wrist Curls
    70lbs x 15 x 5

    Cable Crunches
    90lbs x 100

    Machine Crunches
    50 reps

    Elliptical Cardio Crap
10 mins, sort of HIIT, 30 seconds FAST, 2 minutes MEDIUM 1 mile in 10 minutes, new PR, sadly, ha.

    Machine Crunches
    50 reps

    Stretching

Weight has been hovering around 348-352, which is annoying, but expected since I haven't been on diet. Wednesday will be an actual carb up, then Friday back to keto, which should net a 10lb drop within 4-5 days, and we'll be right back on track.

Bench at good ol Metroflex today. Sleep wasn't as good as it could have been, got about 5 hours, then was up and down for the next 2, finally quit fighting it and laid on the couch while watching Mike and Mike in the morning on ESPN.

Forearms still hurting quite a bit, I've figured it's like from the wrist curls I did last week. I'm thinking about keeping those in my work since it blasted my upper forearms big time. And well, I pride myself in having larger forearms than most peoples calves.

Bench Press Everything touch and go.
    Bar x 10
    Bar x 6
    135 x 6
    185 x 3
235 x 10 REP PR Smashed this, every rep exploded, was a great feeling, felt like I had conquered today's main objective, and then I was told we're gonna do it again...fantastic.
235 x 10 Reps 1-8 were just as strong as the first 10, slight pause at lockout after rep 9, and ground out rep #10. We all know formulas are bullshit in the lifting realm, but 235 is 76% of 313, so 235 x 10 gives me a 1RM estimate of 313. We're going to be smashing some rep work for the next few weeks before going back to lower rep work.

Cambered Bar to a 3 board
    Bar x 10
    135 x 6
    165 x 6
    185 x 6
    195 x 6
I believe my strength off the chest has gone up a whole lot because of these. Al Davis has been doing these for about 5 months now with Josh, and well...he's got a 670lb RAW bench and his power off the chest is as good as anyone's in the world.

    French Press
    35's x 15 x 2 These two sets were easy, childs play.
    40's x 15 x 3

DB Fly's superset with Scapular Retractions
35's x 12/140lbs x 12 for 4 sets DB flys done light weight, very wide ROM, great stretch.

    Lateral Flys
    25's x 12 x 4 Worked on slow movements, squeezing each rep.

Todays workout felt really awesome. Things I used to struggle with are going by really quite easily.
