Thanks Nick, I drink cold water as much as I can to help burn calories. If I'm drinking plain water, it's usually got ice in it, if I'm mixing something I use tap water, sometimes warm water since it helps mix things better.

Just had a decently solid workout, felt great in the garage, temps around 65 degrees, still broke out one heck of a sweat, likely due to my hoodie wearing, oh well.

    Squats
    Bar x some
    135 x 5
    225 x 4
    315 x 4

    High Box Squats
    350 x 4

    Low Box Squats
    400 x 3

    Squats
    350 x 4 x 2 sets

Dead Stop Squats with Elite FTS Strong Bands (Black, Thick) About 4 inches above parallel.
    135 x 1
    225 x 1
    315 x 1
    365 x 1
415 x 1 + Bands at bottom = roughly 565lbs at the bottom and 585 at the top. Freaking grinder, but was a lot of fun.

Sumo Deadlifts-I've actually come to the conclusion that I will never pull sumo in a meet, I just can't get comfortable doing it, I feel all out of whack.
    135 x 5 for feel
    225 x 3 touch and go
    315 x 1
    385 x 1
455 x 0 Yeah, it's that sad. I don't know anything about sumo, maybe I'll read up on it. I do know I get a nice burn in my hamstrings from them, so I'll keep them lower weight, higher reps for accessory work, that's for certain.

    Leg Curls
    80lbs x 8 x 3 sets

    Leg Extensions
    80lbs x 8 x 3 sets

Dragon Flags-I feel I get more out of 3 sets of these than I do 3 sets of situps, plus I do these more comfortably than I do sit ups.
    8 reps, 3 sets.

Lots of good squatting. Great session. Sumo deads as squat accessory do look like a smart idea.

Forgot to add, I'm trying a new stack before and after workouts, so far so good.

    Before/during lifting:
-2 level teaspoons of creatine mono
    -1 level teaspoon of beta-alanine
    -3 heaping teaspoons of BCAAs
    -1 heaping teaspoon of L-arginine
-1 level teaspoon of citrulline malatate
    -1 heaping teaspoon of L-glutamine
    -Crystal Light

    After lifting
-2 level teaspoons of creatine mono
    -1 level teaspoon of beta-alanine
    -3 heaping teaspoons of BCAAs
    -1 heaping teaspoon of L-arginine
    -1 heaping teaspoon of L-glutamine

The cambered bar has completely revamped my power off the chest, where I once struggled, I now explode through. Every week when my cambered bar bench goes up, my overall goes up, so somethings gotta be working.

Haha, thanks Rob, I'm usually a baby on squat volume, but I'm trying to turn myself in to a volume whore, at least until we get closer to December.

Man, your bench has really come a long way in a short amount of time. It's always good to see the hard work paying off.

I tried pulling sumos for awhile and I couldn't get comfortable with them either. I also agree that the hamstring burn was pretty good with them. When I go on my maintenance/bulk diet I'm going to incorporate them as accessory as well.

Thanks SC, I'm excited about my bench progress, well my lifting progress all over. I'm a bit worried though, knowing that I'm going to have to stop with lifting heavy in a while and switch over to more cardio/weight loss geared stuff. Hopefully I won't lose much of my progress that I've been making.

    Upper work

    All Close Grip BP
    Bar x 20
    Bar x 10
    135 x 6
    185 x 6
    225 x 5
    225 x 5
    225 x 5
    225 x 5
225 x 4 Dang last rep, jerk. This is a vast improvement over my previous close grip work, happy to see this. Last week it was 215 x 5 x 5, jumping 10lbs and only missing one rep, which I probably would have gotten if I did rush rest periods, not too shabby.

    Ticeps Push Downs with bands
Elite FTS Pro Strong Bands (Long)
    50 reps

    EliteFTS Monster Mini's (Long)
    50 Reps

    EFS Pro Strong Bands (Long)
    50 reps
These burn like a mother, sucks, glad to get them done. I know if I keep doing these, my triceps are going to be great. Really feel the isolation.

    French Press
Apparently I'm an idiot and did Triceps extensions instead of french presses, AWESOME!
    35's x 10 x 4 sets

That was it for tonight. My Pectoralis Minor (from looking at pics, I think that's it) feels really really tight and sore. Not ouch pain sharp knife stabbing death pain, just DOMS type pain. I think I really pushed myself too far last week with the repapalooza (I named it, magical isn't it?) and did way too many reps and way too many movements, dips really hit me hard when doing them on the assisted dips machine since I'm able to get a full range of motion in, and probably over the actual full ROM. So, I've got one more workout for this week, and I may actually just cruise through it, really light weights, more of a rehab session for my upper body in prep for Thursdays bench session. OH! I'm being GIVEN a treadmill from a friend at work. Pick it up Tuesday. Don't know what kind or anything, but don't care much really, as long as it works, I'm good to go.

Looking real good bro, like the way you put ice in water......never thought of that for some reason I usually put the bottle in the freezer and wait 2 hrs.

Haha, thanks bro. At work we've got an ice machine that has shaved ice, so it's pretty easy to stop by there and just fill up on ice. So I have my gallon jug, and my shaker cup full of ice, keep refilling cup until the ice is gone, then refill the ice, ha.

Great job with the last couple of sessions. Good to see you implementing the SSSSS. Started it myself a couple of weeks ago and it seems to be working quite well.

Only thing I'm missing is the malate. Reading up on it, I really need to get it to complete this stack.

Im putting all the stuff in Xtend which has the malate in it. Its also nice because the stuff by itself tastes like ass, especially when using creatine ethyl ester.
