Yeah I read up on it, anything ethyl ester tastes awesome! /sarcasm. I've got Xtend and have really liked it, so looks like I'll do what you do and combine everything. I've been using quite a bit of creatine, more than what he's got listed since I'm heavier than he is, so far so good.

I was also putting in pepto pro which took it to a whole new level. Have you responded well to lower dosages of creatine before or not?

I've responded well so far to high dosages of creatine, never taken anything lower than recommended dosages, and when I was taking the recommended, it wasn't everyday. So, my experience with creatine has been pretty limited to say the least. While I am taking it, I definitely notice a difference.

Weight today up a smidge, 345.2. I tried some "low carb" spaghetti, didn't work too well. I'm a huge pasta fan, and it sucks going most of the time without any pasta, so I figured I'd try some of those low carb noodles with the 4g digestive carb crap, didn't work out for me. I usually respond quite well to net carbs, not this time. I'll stick to my pepperoni slices with melted mozzarella, it holds me over until refeed time. It has been easier dieting this go round, I feel better, and even though my weight is still up around 345, my size 40 pants still fit.

Had a pretty decent little workout tonight, everything felt good.

    Deadlifts against doubled monster mini's
    135 x 5
    225 x 3
    315 x 2
    385 x 1
    455 x 1

Rack Pulls, just above the knee.
    135 x 5
    225 x 5
    315 x 3
Moved the pins down to right on the knee
    385 x 1
    455 x 1
    505 x 1
    555 x 1
605 x 1 PR!!! Excited about this, showing good progress, now just need to move it off the floor come December

    Sumo Deadlifts
    135 x 5 Done really slowly
    225 x 4
    315 x 2
    405 x 1 x 2 sets Felt good, akward, but decent.

Did about 3 minutes running on the treadmill, and after all the deadlifts, just wasn't going to have any of it, haha.

Same thing with my deadlift day. I either stand outside next to the puddle of puke I created and contemplate life for a min or two. Then I bike. Nothing beats a good day of DOMS to remind me I'm still human.

yeah, it totally feels great. I ended up going back out to the garage and doing some HIIT for 12 minutes on the death treadmill. The thing about this treadmill is it must have a 250lb weight limit, that I'm pushing well over 80lbs on. Walking is fine, no problem, running however, I have to basically push the belt to go fast, it's just like a sled, I love it.

600+ on rack pulls is really nice! After that amount of deadlifting there is no way I would've gotten on treadmill, since I wouldn't have been able to stand up straight.

I want one, haha. My parents had one a long time ago, I should have used it more often when I was a fat little 12 year old, haha. You can definitely get them on the cheap these days though.

Ha, it was pure pain on that thing until I rested up a bit.

Ha sorry, you know my routine too well, I was dead tired when I got home and head to run out to drop off parent volunteer forms at the school. It was to a 3 board this week. I've only used the cambered bar to the chest for stretching out since that's a really low touching point, it just compromises the shoulder too much without the boards.

I accredit the cambered bar with boards to my increase in massive speed off the chest. It forces you to explode out of the hole off your chest since it's putting the bar lower that a standard barbell. Al Davis started using the cambered bar and his speed has actually increased off his chest, and he was already really quick. Try it out, see how you like it. Like I said above though, for me, it's best with boards because touching the cambered to the chest for me is way too deep, and under weight it'd put my shoulder in a bad position.

Just a quick toss up of my daily food log, this is a typical keto day for me, with chicken sometimes being beef, and salad sometimes being green beans or spinach.
