Holy shit, is that a free website? I need to get me on that. If there is one thing that I think I lack it's finite number tracking. I know what I eat on a daily basis, however, I havent really put the effort into my totals. Food isn't so much as my weight training goes, as I think/feel I'm on track. My quads haven't looked this good....ever.
    My road to powerlifting:
    ===thecityalive is dead meat===
    Current RAW PRs:
    Bench: 255 (9/30/13)
    Dead: 515 (9/2/13)
    Squat: 435 (9/26/13)
    Total: 1205 lbs.

www.myfitnesspal.com Just try and stay off their forums. Most people there are anti-weight training or weight lifting principles. The journal is awesome tough, quicker than fitday to me, and the Android app with the barcode scanner is spot on, and really fast at adding foods.

    MFP FTW!

I switched over to it in July. It took a couple of days to get the hang of things but I like it better than Fitday.

I accredit the cambered bar with boards to my increase in massive speed off the chest. It forces you to explode out of the hole off your chest since it's putting the bar lower that a standard barbell. Al Davis started using the cambered bar and his speed has actually increased off his chest, and he was already really quick. Try it out, see how you like it. Like I said above though, for me, it's best with boards because touching the cambered to the chest for me is way too deep, and under weight it'd put my shoulder in a bad position.[/QUOTE]

wow man im hoping to get one of these soon!! thanks brotha

Yeah, definitely took me a few days to get everything dialed in. I like how I'm able to go in and change my stats, and change what I want to change to taylor to my specific diet. I can modify the calories, fat, and carb intake to what I need.

"It's not supposed to be easy, that's why it feels so fucking good!"

Squat night felt great, everything felt heavy, but everything moved quickly!
    Bar x 10
    135 x 10
    225 x 5
    315 x 3
    350 x 5 x 3 sets

Deficit Deadlifts off 2 inch plates
    315 x 2
410 x 1 x 10 sets Some done as doubles, others done as singles, hell one set done as a triple. These....suck...balls...

    1 Leg Deadlifts
    50's x 3 x 3 sets each leg

Farmers Squats-I used 40lb db's for these. Walked 4 steps, squat, walk 4 steps, squat.
    15 squats done total.

    Leg Curls
    90lbs x 6
    110lbs x 6
    120lbs x 6

I was exhausted after all this. Didn't seem like much, but I feel a bit beat down lately. Ready for a lil deload session. Hopefully soon.

    Cardio *gasp*
    12 minutes treadmill
    2 minutes 2.8MPH
1 Minute 5MPH I was really pleased with how 5MPH felt, I used to struggle to get a minute, but it felt pretty easy getting the minute.

Nice squat session!!! I like those farmer squats. You should try the lunge jumps I've been doing for my knee.

Thanks man, I'm really trying to start understanding the mechanics or the body, and diet stuff rather than just doing what I'm told. I think it'd be far more beneficial to understand everything rather than just going through the motions, etc. That way in the future I can help others with detailed information instead of just telling them, hey do this because it's what I do type stuff.

Thanks Brian! Appreciate it man. Ever since I started using the cambered bar, I've noticed a huge improvement on touching on the chest, and exploding off.

Thanks HJP. Heavy but fast is perfect with me. I was really expecting things to move much slower, but after getting the weight unracked, thinking oh crap, first rep, down, in the hole, back up, easy, everything felt a lot better after that. I went just a bit wider than usual, I think I may like it. For some reason, everything at work in the work gym just feels heavier. And the cardio wasn't bad at all, again figured it'd be brutal after squats, but wasn't.

Everything feels really good tonight. Moods good, weather is AWESOME, storm is moving in, all is well. Sitting here, cooking eggs and bacon for tomorrow, going to try reheating scrambled eggs in the morning when I wake up, see how they taste, and listening to the just big radio show, man life is fucking fantastic baby!

I really need to get a cambered bar. But until I do, I'm gonna keep doing DB presses and bring them down a little deeper then normal.

Yeah, after seeing the results from the cambered bar, I really started working on getting a good stretch at the bottom on all DB presses, mili and anything else I do with DB's. On the 50lb mili db press, I was going as low as I possibly could, felt akward and got hard as hell through more reps and sets, but definitely paid off.

I've been neglecting my journal over here lately, and everyone elses, I don't check in over here much any more.
Had a solid little session today after work. Storm came through 2 nights ago so couldn't get any workouts in, got swamped at work. Sucked pretty bad.

    HS Lat Pulldowns
    2pps + 25's x 15 x 5 sets
Last set superset with 2pps x 15 with hold at the bottom

    HS Rows
    230lbs x 15 x 5 sets
Last set superset with 2pps x 15 with hold at the bottom

    One Arm DB Rows
    90's x 10 x 3 sets These were beastly.

    Assisted Chin Ups
    5 x 3 sets

    Assisted Dips
    5 x 2 sets

    Bicep Curls
    80lbs x 15 x 2 sets
    65lbs x 15
    50lbs x 15
    45lbs x 15 x 2 sets

    Hammer Curls
    40's x 5
    35's x 5 x 2 sets
    Supersets
    30's x 5
    25's x 5
20's x 10 Strict form, was getting a little sloppy with the supersets, tightened it up though.
