    Yeah I've made the transition several other guys did, but still keep my journal up over here and check in on all you guys. I've been on another site and learned 18.432 times more stuff about dieting and programming than any other site. Then again, there are more "I want to learn how to do things" rather than "please tell me what to do" type people.

    Haha, thanks bro. Really excited about the progress on the bench, 315 raw by December, I think I can get a 3pps bench up by then, the way things have been going, should be damn close.

    Oh what an absolutely crappy workout tonight. Everything sucked, I was do for a crappy workout, boom...this was it.

    370 x 1 Just really sucked. Have a sharp pain/pinch in my right collarbone, don't know what that's all about, not too good feeling though.

    Yeah...I tried pushing through and getting work done, but after EVERY SINGLE REP, I felt more and more like shit. Took a bath, said screw it.

    Feeling tons better today, didn't sleep that well but woke up feeling awesome. Tonights going to be an awesome day in the gym, can't freaking wait. Weight down back to my pre-carb up weight already, and with this 6 day keto/1 day refeed I'm looking to drop 3lbs a week for as long as I can without cutting calories down.

    Cardio wise, yeh it has to get better especially with dropping weight!
