The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    What are your thoughts on this?

    I am pondering buying a new computer for around 500 bucks. I need to use autocad and office (excel really). The problem is my current computer hangs like a mofo doing most things. I did run antivirus & antispyware so I suspect my current pc is clean. Here are the specs on my current laptop

    1.06ghz intel core 2 duo 2gb ram winxp professional with office 2007

    The pc I am looking at is a desktop with amd dual core 2.8ghz with 4gb ram and win vista 64bit.

    My only problem with going with the desktop is money is tight and I can always go on campus and use their PCs. I do drive 25 miles 1 way to get to campus though, which means I use almost 2 gallons of gas on one commute. So what would you do?

    Goal(Current):
    400(335) Bench Press
    600(520x3 2xBW) Dead Lift
    500(495x1) ATG Squat
    Total: 1500(1350)
    365 Front Squat
    consistency and intensity.

    back up your stuff and put a fresh copy of windows on your computer. you probably have a lot of bloat from old crap that has built up. anti-spyware and anti-virus can't really address that. if all you need is CAD and excel, i wouldnt pay $500 for it

    the difference between a new, store bought laptop and a clean install of just win xp pro is immense.
