I finally broke the sound barrier. Someone once told me no one can call you weak if you can squat over 400lbs. Its about damn time!
I'm wearing a rather loose super centurion squat suit (it needs some fitting). My form was a little off but I think I just really need to get use to the suit more. Im not sure if it was past parallel but it was sure damn close. Again I am learning to use the suit. I did come up pretty fast... I was considering doing a triple or something hahaha.
Not long after we decided I should do another single. I do it again no problem and say we should call it quits. He tells me "look how much weight there is on the bar". I check and he actually put another 10lbs on for a solid 415. He did it while I was wrapping my knees hahaha.
BTW the little guy you see behind me spotting has been to the IPF worlds 4 times and has won the nationals 7 times. I am a very very lucky guy to be training with someone who knows so much. He has had a 500+lb deadlift at like 140lb bodyweight back in his prime.
