Has any one tried this and if so how were your results? I just want to hear some thoughts on it.

Great for skinny newbies on a heavy full body routine, or those who need a load of calories to gain mass.
If you need the extra calories its fantastic, some people claim the IGF-1 in the milk also has an extra edge to it, but there isn't any actual solid evidence to back this up really
this diet makes me smell like a brooklyn sewer (excessive farts)
Milk is the shiz
I get 1760 cals a day from milk(one gallon of 1%) and 2880 cals a day on squat days from chocolate milk.
i get a lot of my calories from milk, its easy and cheap. i drink about 2L a day (about 1000 cals of 1%) whatever that is in your measurements.
there are so many tastier ways to get 2000 calories.
