GOMAD diet? (gallon of milk a day)

Has any one tried this and if so how were your results? I just want to hear some thoughts on it.

Are you not growing? Do you need more cals in your diet?

A gallon of milk per day is not going to do anything magical, its just extra calories.

A great way to add 2500 quality calories to your diet

Great for skinny newbies on a heavy full body routine, or those who need a load of calories to gain mass.

If you need the extra calories its fantastic, some people claim the IGF-1 in the milk also has an extra edge to it, but there isn't any actual solid evidence to back this up really
