Well, I think its time for me to keep a journal.. I keep a lil paper log book with me at the gym, but I wanna start poting it online, jsut for something to do
Anyway, heres my current stats...
21 years old
Currenty doing a clean bulk..
225lbs by Christmas (this was a long term goal, but I dunno if I am quite gonna make it or not)
After I hit 225, cut down to around 8%bf
I want to compete in about a year, so I'm just taking it slow, and making sure to do everything right..
OK, so far today , I have managed to roll out of bed, and eat.. thats about it..
Breakfast: 5 egg whites, 3 slices cheese, 1 slice lean ham, 1.5 cups oatmeal with whey mixed in, 1.5 litres water.
Heading to the gym here shortly, today is shoulders/abs and maybe 30 mins fo cardio after if I feel like it (I try to do 30 min sessions of cardio about 2x a week just to keep things in check)
After that, I have to come home and read my ass off, two tests this week ;-(
