Video of my last shirt day before SPF Worlds

Wednesday I warmed up, then worked up to 765 and 785 full range with the Metal Ace shirt. The 765 was a little less than an inch from touching, and the 785 was about as close as you could get, but did not quite touch. We were short on help today--usually I have someone tell me when I am 1 inch from touching, then I really tuck hard to get the weight to touch, but not that evening. I will go moderately heavy next Wednesday, a real light dynamic bench on the following Sunday, then rest up for the meet. Bodyweight was 247 this morning, so a nice and easy 5 lb cut for the meet. Will work every day from here on out on my set-up, arching and stretching my hips and quads.

No joke! Man I wish I could move 785 like that LOL! Mine are more slow grinders. I think my shirt is a little stretched out though.

Very very impressive. If all goes well it looks like you'll hit some serious numbers at the SPF meet.

Great work Smitty. You've really put your time in

Thanks guys. It's great not having any major aches or pains during this training cycle.
Paul--depending on who all goes down, I may need to use your expertise hand-off skills. I know you are touted as the best hand-off guy in the business--what you charging for your services now?? Hope it aint too steep. LOL.
