I'm 175cm and 86kg. I'd just like to get stronger. My routine is one my friend gave me and I like it a lot. I do full body workouts twice a week.
Clean and Press 20kg x5, 30kg x5, 40kg x5, 50kg x5.
Sumo Deadlift 60kg x5, 80kg x5, 100kg x5, 125kg x5.
Gymnastic Ring Pull-Ups for 5,5,5, and 2.
No dips tonight, could not use the squat rack where I usually do them as others were there.
I then tried to lift our big stone. It's anywhere from 80-85kg we guess. Tried several times but could barely budge it off the ground.
