This is going to be my journal of attempting a dirty bulk and stay atleast semi-lean and gain as much weight as possible. I'm not new to this but, I have lost all my muscle from not lifting seriously like I used to. My goal each day will be to eat as much protein rich foods as possible.
My supplement intake will consist of Results + Nitrean + BComplex + Multi + Fishoil.
Goal: 180 by March. This is either going to work as planned or I'll fail trying.

Morning weight today was 162.5. I'm using results, Nitrean or Myofusion, homemade weight gain shakes, Multi V + B Complex.
So far I feel a little stronger .. Nothing crazy.
You need to be carefull with gaining weight without lifting hard. Anyone can get fat
of course im lifting... ive done this before. i used to weigh 175. ill get photos up soon

I get pretty creative with the food i make and make crazy sandwiches and wraps and salads occasionally. I'm going to make my diet even higher in calories slowly.. I just need to get used to eating alot again.
My lifts are low. I nevery used to do BP so mine is low.. only 135 for max maybe 145..But I will start gettin that up. For deadlifts... i need to wait awhile to do it as it can put alot of strain on your back.. and I rescently had a slipped disk in my neck.. which was horrible. Its the reason I stopped lifting and lost so much weight and strength in the first pace. I also never did squats. I will work on all 3 as they are the main strength building workouts. For DB Bicep curls standing my max is 40 for 3-5 reps... and 35 for sets of 8-10.
