This is going to be my journal of attempting a dirty bulk and stay atleast semi-lean and gain as much weight as possible. I'm not new to this but, I have lost all my muscle from not lifting seriously like I used to. My goal each day will be to eat as much protein rich foods as possible.
My supplement intake will consist of Results + Nitrean + BComplex + Multi + Fishoil.
Goal: 180 by March. This is either going to work as planned or I'll fail trying.
