I'm starting a semi clean bulk and would like to hear some suggestions for foods that are very high in calorie content but would work well in a clean bulk, like for example, olive oil and avocado.
nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts) full of healthy fat and very dense
Height: 6' weight:197
bench: 280 x 1
squat: 370 x 1
dead: 360 x 1
goal: 225 @ < 10% bodyfat
Your going to have to eat some things that aren't the healthiest for you to bulk, its just how it works. Just try to eat as healthy as you can.
Fatty fish will also help.

Nuts, avocados, olive oil, coconut oil, steak, eggs, quinoa, and oatmeal. Look at some weight gainers, too.
Red meat. Get some fattier cuts. It is easy to make high calorie burgers/steaks. Get some 80/20 ground beef and add a slice or two of cheese.
Natural Peanut Butter. Insert spoon. Eat. Repeat.

Why not just eat MORE clean food.
I like the idea of nuts and oils for fats but I would stay away from saturated fats. Go for nuts as they contain a great deal of protein as well.
