    Good work slash! I always go thumb from smooth on overhead and incline press, so that's kind of close and I agree, it is great. It also takes a lot of stress off your shoulders. Keep up the good work!

    Thats the grip i use for everything. I love the OH presses now and will be using them more often. Thanks for the props!

    I hate reps. Im going to include things like plate pinches and static holds into my training. Ive been slacking with them lately.

    Well i backed out of the higher % ranges that ive been benching in. i went all out on those 3x10 w/ 155 though. The last few reps were rough.

    Damn man, 225 on bench....what the hell is going on with you??? I remember when you were struggling with 185!!! Awesome work brotha!

    The rest of the main lifts look good too, but that's what stuck out the most.

    Thanks Bri! my bench has been climbing again so im happy. I feel like my squat stalled again now though. Its like only one moves at a time.
