Awesome work lately Ryan! That's some huge squatting and the bench and deadlift are looking good too. Only about 2 weeks until I'll test my bench, so there's a heads up. After this time, we'll have to do all 3 lifts now that I'm building my squat and deadlift up. I can't wait for us to hit some PRs!

Sucks that you were sick, but good job getting back to it. Now get better!!!! We/I test this upcoming Wednesday! J/k man, I don't blame you if you want to change it up since you were sick, but I thought I'd give you a heads up. Hope you're feeling better.

Good work with the squats and I'm glad to hear you are maxing with me. Doesn't matter if I got you, we said we'd go off biggest improvement from our last max. I'm hoping for the best for both of us!

Awesome work! Now I've got some pressure. I might have to break out the 2.5s, but I don't like to. I usually just make a 10lbs jump. Good work and thanks for the motivation/pressure!

Nice job, bud! A 15lbs. PR is a pretty huge PR, especially for bench.

Haha, I bet your legs do hurt after high rep lunges! Great job on the possible PR set, too.
