It's all good. Just make sure you beat 175 plus the bands next time and that is all that matters.
With everyone saying you should increase your back work, why don't you do something similar to what Travis does. Since you aren't doing DE squat(unless things changed recently), why don't you have an upper back day, spaced away from your benching. That way you know you are hitting your back. I know you will have to work out your scheduling and stuff like that, but it's just a thought. If you do choose this, just don't do it too close to benching and don't go crazy with it.
Thanks for the advice. Ive considered replacing DE squat w/ an upper back day. Im going to take a look at travis's log for scheduling and exercise options.
EDIT: screw the routine i came up with for bench to work up to the virtual meet. Im going to do something different every week and ill max in 4 weeks and for the virtual meet. Im going to just lift heavy weights and make sure i work my weak points enough.

Whether you want to use it for the meet or not, I would read Scott Yard's article on raw training and Vin's article on his road to a 600lbs raw bench. Here are both articles in case you haven't read them. They are what I would/am going to use once I move to a conjugate routine.

Good DE work man! Have you figured out how you will set up your routine yet? I mainly ask because you have 1 pulling exercise to 3 pushing exercises.
Yea on ME days im going to do rows and chins/pull ups for my 2 upper bach movements. I just didnt have anywere to do chins today.

Notes: I mixed up my routine this week because i went and worked out at school with buds and they were doing ME upper so ill do ME lower on wednsday. ill let you know how this move worked out ok next week. Im sore as hell right now. It was cool being back in the schools weight room. I benched more than double what i did last time i was in that weight room so that was a good feeling.
