So normally im in college and do my usual 4/day week workout based around squat bench dlift. Well i come home and usually the gym in my parents community has a little area where they added a barbell and such to do squats and bench and all. All of the sudden i come back for my fall break and its gone. They have one of those attached type machines where the bar is attached and u can bench and stuff on those, but we all know that sucks.
Can anyone help me with what i can/should do for alterior exercises and stuff for this upcoming week. I was thinkin of taking it light anyway to give my body a well needed rest, havent been off in months. Let me know guys thanks.
