    Hey,

    Been watching your vids and have a couple of Q's if you dont mind?

    1) When's your meet?

    2) How long between your final heavy lifts and the meet do you normally have?

    The meet I'm doing is the APF/AAPF Orlando Barbell Classic on the 24th. As far as our last heavy lifts, this cycle was different then our last. We took our last shirted bench on the 8th, our last heavy squat last Tuesday and our last heavy deadlift was yesterday. For this training cycle I think we started about 8 weeks out. We squatted in full gear three times, benched in our shirts three times and pulled in full gear twice. We did do heavy reverse band pulls in the mix but with no gear. I hope this helps!!!
