    Congrats on the daughter, you're life will never be the same (in a good way).

    About a page or so down on this blog http://functional-strength.blogspot.com/ Paul talks about training just 2 days a week. He's got a lot of really good info on the blog, might be something you can use.

    Thanks for the link. Is outline for 2 days a week is:

    Day 1
    Squat - heavy or light
    Deadlift - heavy or light
    Abs/Hams/Low Back

    Day2
    Bench
    Incline
    Chin
    Row

    I don't want to do squats and deads on the same day because I usually go pretty hard with them...

    I think I will stick with what I got for now

    Squats 1x17 @ 315 - Really wanted 20 but my forearms were cramping and I was dropping the bar...
    1x5 @ 315 - wanted to get at least 20 total...
    Hammy Machine- 3x8 @ 140
    Military Press- 3x6 @ 115,120,125
    Closegrip Bench- 3x8 @ 185,195,200
    Tri Pushdown @ 15 (whatever that means) 1x20

    Appreciate it. Sleep is going well. My wife does most of the night duties during the week because I get up at 6:00 am for work. I help a lot on the weekends though, but it is kinda fun, my daughter is cute when she is sleepy

    Mixing it up...

    Deads 3x8 @ 315,325,335 with 1 min rest between sets
    Bench 3x6 @ 235
    Quad machine 3x10 @ 100,110,120
    Lat pulldowns 2x10 @ 175
    Chins 2x7 @ bw
    Hammer curls 2x8 @ 35

    Had to go quick today, not a lot of rest between sets. Really good sweat going.

    Nice workout on a tight schedule! Killer deadlifting volume and with just a minute rest between sets to top it off.
