Good workout! I'm glad that you are finding time to hit the weights.

It is efficient, but I like doing more than I am right now. But I am hitting the main lifts, which is what I gotta do. By the way, I thought your comment on the "one goal" about your daughters was hilarious.

Haha! Speaking of that, what are your thoughts on deloading when only lifting twice a week? I personally feel plenty rested, but was wondering what you thought...

Thanks! I just keep a bag in my truck and work out when I can get off work early.

I've read Jim go both ways on this one. Sometimes he says take the deloads as scheduled every cycle but more often than not he says take it when you feel like you need it (which is what he's doing right now).

Its crazy but I've never been consistent with any training until I had her. I managed to do BJJ/MMA pretty consistently for about a year and a half and then switched to lifting. Reminds me on a daily basis of why I'm doing it

I'd still deload after 8 to 12 weeks. It's easier to keep going on twice a week, but eventually the cumulative fatigue will catch up to you. Just go by feel, but at least every 12 weeks I'd take a week off.

Nice squatting/deadlifting. I read your first page and saw you were injured a year ago. Cool seeing that you recovered.
