I am looking for hardcore workout routine That will Make ripped and well defined i can tuff through the pain and soreness i Just need A really good Workout routine Revovling around my abs more then anything.
Once you've found a routine you can add ab work to it (such as the table push-aways that Off Road mentioned). Most routines have incorporated some ab work into them already.
