Why do you want us to post a training log? I do not understand that at all. Also, I am in for $10, maybe 5 goes to charity (Lift Strong perhaps), and 5 goes to prizes. Just an idea. And everyone has $10, seriously. We have all paid 10x that amount to enter a contest that did not offer any prizes, and all we ever got was a crap trophy. Plus, this is great fun.

I need some motivation. I'd like to join in on the fun too. My journal link is in my sig. I'm currently 195ish and my total is probably under 1100 at the moment.

EDIT: hehe, guess a link to my journal isn't of much use if I don't keep it updated. Need to get back to posting workouts again.

Maybe there are some kids on here, that are on the parents computer, and they have no job, there are a lot of things that could be going on in poeples lives where there is more importate things to do than pay 10$ to get in this thing.

I was thinking of that, but why would someone do that when they have no chance of wining anything. I say if you have it then fine.Doesnt matter to me as i am not doing it. but i am sure there are other people thinking the same thing but are afraid to say it. I am not going to say any more, just put of some thing to think about.

There is no entry fee for this competition, that was an idea that was discussed for further competitions down the road that we may use. $10 really isn't a big deal and can add to the motivation of the contest.

If you're not doing the contest, stop arguing about the entry fee. It has no bearing on you.

I believe the entry date was Friday and the lifts need to be done this weekend.

EatMyWayToTheTop will correct me if Im wrong though

Ah, you guys are correct, my mistake lol.

Next time we'll have this all straightened out beforehand and have a flyer to post so this isn't confusing to all.

lol, there seems to be a bit of confusion on things like entry fees and deadlines etc. It's just because this competition stemmed from an idea by EatMyWay2TheTop and has grown from there.

Don't worry, EatMyWay2TheTop will clarify everything in a new official comp thread in the next day or so. Those who are taking part, their journals, deadlines and rules etc will be confimed in this thread... Then the new thread that EatMyWay2TheTop creates will be THE official thread between now and the end of the competition.

Just to clarify a few things now though.

The deadline for entering is TODAY. Just let EatMyWay2TheTop know in this thread if you want to join and he will get you added.

There is NO entry fee for this competition. There may be for future competitions, but NOT for this one. But, if you're moaning about spending a nominal $10 on an entry fee when there has been nearly $1000 worth of prizes put up, well.. I'm not sure what to say lol. You either enter or don't.. Don't whinge about $10...
