    question about texas method

ok, im a little confused about the intensity day.

so say my max squat is 325

would the heavy 5 be like this?

    270
    295
    325
    315
    300???

or would it be just my 5rm?

    which would be 300?

Intensity day is a heavy single, double, triple, five, whatever you want. In any case, it should be your max, and you should be setting PR's.
