I've done some searches but could not find anything so if this has been covered before please let me know and point me in the right direction.
I'm trying to loose some weight and I know that increasing your metabolism is one of the "easiest" ways to do it. So i know if you eat a good breakfast, you body will naturally increase it's metabolism. I also know that cardio in the morning will also increase your metabolism.
So which to do first?
Exercise on a full stomach or on a starved one?
