I've done some searches but could not find anything so if this has been covered before please let me know and point me in the right direction.
I'm trying to loose some weight and I know that increasing your metabolism is one of the "easiest" ways to do it. So i know if you eat a good breakfast, you body will naturally increase it's metabolism. I also know that cardio in the morning will also increase your metabolism.
So which to do first?
Exercise on a full stomach or on a starved one?
how are you eating and training at the moment?

I don't do much cardio, mostly weight training; but in the past, even when doing cardio, I eat before going to the gym. It gives me fuel for the workout.
The biggest deal with trimming up is to eat a bit less than maintenance and eat really clean food. If you're eating less, but eating crap, you'll retain fat and can actually put some on (my experience).
