Can anybody tell me how many carbs I should consume for fat loss and separately for muscle gain?
I am consuming about 150g of protein per day.
here are some details:
lean weight 70.6kg
est nrg req. 3647kcals
Any help would be great.
If I eat myself, will I get bigger, or simply disappear?
So,for fat loss:200*14(if you're working out hard and doing cardio)=2800cals
If you go on a 40/30/30 ratio of carbs/protein/fats (which i suggest) you'll have to consume about 280gr. of carbs,210gr. of protein and 93gr. of fats.
Start with cutting 300 cals every 10 days until you reach these calories.If you're loosing weight too fast then add some calories.Make the adjustments depending on the progress.
