Figured I'd start a journal to track my progess. Already made leaps and bounds and so far I'm doing pretty good.
August 2004- 288lbs
June 2005- 205lbs
Stats as of 6/27/05
Bench 155lbs 3x8
Incline Dumb Bell Bench 60lbs 3x8
Squat 115lbs 3x8 (just started a week ago, legs still sore)
Current mode, cutting. 195lbs by beginning of school year, August 22nd.
Daily caloric intake 1900-2000, 40/30/30 macro split.
