    I've got a new training partner though, so that's good news. I haven't had a training partner in over 3 years.

    I'm Back! I was testing out a training program for a colleague so it was all confidental. I couldn't be posting the workouts up here. I've actually been done for about 4 weeks now. I'll be updating here consistently again.
