    A bloke from a Crossfit Gym in Melbourne. I've met him before and he's also a really great guy as well as seemingly quite athletic :P

    That's pretty crazy. I can do pistols but they kill my knees now.
    22 - 5'10@236lbs!
    Bench - 325 (old)
    Squat - 455x2 (old)
    Deadlift - 500(old)

    Total: 1280lbs 100% raw

    Awesome vid, this guy has some serious leg development. He is the closest ive ever seen to Steve Cotter when it comes to doing pistols and ridiculous single leg strength ive yet to see anyone in his league this guy is very close

    I always thought a pistol squat was where you go down with one leg up about 1/4 of the way and then fall on your ass? That's how I've always done them.

    no, you're right. This guy clearly sucks at doing them.
