    Thanks guys!

    I might try to hit a couple of heavier sets some time soon to see what I can do. Last time that I went heavy I did 320 lbs x 2 on an 8" log but I am sure that I am good for more now.

    yea that was impressive. and having the Duke of Charlotte giving you encouragement and tips while you were doin it might've been worth an extra rep or 2.
